Hublot is a Swiss company creating luxury watches and established in 1980 by Carlo Crocco. The business currently operates as a wholly owned subsidiary of France's LVMH.

Acquisition by LVMH
In April 2008 it was proclaimed that biggest luxury goods group LVMH had acquired Hublot from founder Carlo Crocco for an undisclosed fee, adding to its accessible portfolio of watch brands including TAG Heuer.
